Fashion Trends AW17 were on show at the last London Fashion Week offering a fresh look at global style as well as contemporary culture, music and fashion. A host of emerging and established designers introducing stylish and vibrant aesthetics with new trends showed at the Autumn/Winter17 Collections.

TONI&GUY using labelm are currently on our 26th LFW Season and our teams worked closely with 17 designers to envisage and create the essence of their collections and compliment them with the styles to enhance their catwalk shows. Following are a representation of some of the most influential shows that collectively represent the mood and style for Autumn/Winter17…………..


Hallie Sara, New York City based luxury label debuted at LFW with a “covetable” AW17 collection, a wearable approach to contemporary luxury design. The sumptuous hand crafted collection from the finest materials by skilled artisans in a range of beautiful bold earth and jewel tones melding together into an interchangeable wardrobe. Hallie Sara’s signature style has gained a devout following since the brand’s debut in 2011.


Originally from China, Han Wen drew on his heritage to combine it with inspirations from 1890’s Gang Culture, where girls began to wear men’s clothing and oversized suits ruled the runway. With the hair complimenting the designers creations by providing an urban edge to the final look with irregular braiding, embellished with accessories to add a feminine touch.

HALUMINOUS is a Sydney based womenswear and accessories brand founded in 2016 by designer Hannah Kim and her collection was inspired by the story of a young girl who was assaulted and the effects it had on her life. Moving from Black to Red to White the colours represented the journey of her depression before reinventing herself as a peaceful lily…… the hair continued the narrative with reworked vintage finger waves ………


Mary Katrantzou took her inspiration from the notions of Fantasia with the concept of mixing and melding different worlds, themes and ideas. This fairytail, Fantasy Collection played upon the traditional idea of Heroe’s and Heroine’s with the hair mirroring the Fantasia theme yet adding in a Film Noir , film star look of a different era…….
